Returns
Our return policy lasts 14 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Items such as rhinestone purses, worn jewelry, and eyelashes cannot be returned.  

To start your return, we require a return receipt and proof of purchase. Please do not send your items back without a return receipt.

Any item not in its original condition, damaged, missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or returned more than 14 days after delivery are not eligible for a return.

If the item was delivered damaged or the wrong item was shipped, please email a photo of the product(s) and package it arrived in to provide for our insurance claim purposes.

Refunds
Please contact us before returning to request a return label. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Once approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. All credits will be placed on the card used for the original purchase. Policy subject to change. 

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next check your bank account again and/or contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at lusciouscherryshop@gmail.com.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately sale items, promo items, BOGO, and discounted items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at lusciouscherryshop@gmail.com

Luscious Cherry Shop cannot always guarantee availability of products. If you have ordered an item that is not available or that is delayed, we will do our best to notify you via email. 

Shipping 

After your order has been confirmed and authorized, it will be processed and shipped out to you within 7-10 business days. This does not include weekends and holidays. Custom made items can take approximately 3-4 weeks to ship. Free Shipping discount only applies to 48 contagious states in United States and is shipped standard USPS ground delivery. Please note that Luscious Cherry Shop cannot assume responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen in the mail. Items will be shipped via USPS ground delivery. International orders will be shipped via USPS International. USPS International may take longer than domestic shipping, up to 4 weeks.  

Luscious Cherry Shop is not responsible for Duty and Freight Charges for International Orders. International Shipping Charges vary per country and weight and value of package. 

Please make sure you enter correct shipping address, we are not responsible for incorrect addresses. Please note that Luscious Cherry Shop cannot assume responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen in the mail. Packages that need to be re-routed are subject to a small fee.

We make every effort to deliver your package to you as soon as possible. However, there are some conditions which may cause delays: Credit Card Approval: Inconsistent credit card, billing and/or shipping information may delay your order.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Should your order not arrive in a timely manner, we would appreciate your patience while we resolve the issue with the carrier’s claim process which can take from 6-8 weeks.
